These pages contain a calendar of various conferences, tradeshows,
seminars, and other events that highlight LIMS and lab data management issues.

regarding dates and locations are provided as well as contact information
and hot links when available.
Conferences
/ Tradeshows
This page provides information about upcoming conferences and tradeshows of interest
to LIMS professionals, and includes information about conferences that
cover quality and validation issues which affect the lab. Dates, locations, and
registration information is listed as well as hot links.
Seminars / Short Courses
This page details various LIMS, Informatics, and lab data management seminars
and short courses, including related courses on quality system management
and
validation.
Such
training
is often
held in conjunction with tradeshows, but can also include vendor offerings.
In the case of tradeshow short courses, these courses are usually taught
by seasoned LIMS professionals -- usually consultants -- with experience
on a number of LIMS. In the case of vendor offerings, keep in mind that
the course is often -- but not always -- geared toward the vendor's LIMS
product.
Ask about the agenda ahead of time. Remember that the vendor courses will
provide detailed technical information on their newest LIMS, typically
not available outside the company.
