Epique is an affordable, off-the-shelf, data management software designed specifically for Ethanol Production Facilities. Epique provides Ethanol plants the tools to collect, store, analyze and report on operations and lab data. Additional tools are included for tracking and scheduling events, tracking suppliers, tracking lab equipment history, graphing, creating procedural logs, and maintaining operating procedures. Epique is a distributed, web-based application. Employees with access to a web-browser, regardless of location, can enter data, check the status of fermentation, print reports, schedule meetings, check current issues and much more. Epique utilizes a relational database backend for providing a fast, dynamic and stable environment. A user-friendly interface allows an operations manager to quickly and accurately view trends, compare production trial data to baseline data, make adjustments when parameters are out of spec, identify problematic sources of product quality, and effectively make use of the data that is collected on a daily basis. Statistical analysis of the data is readily available to make logical decisions regarding product trials or process changes. Starting with grain delivery, Epique stores, trends and displays data through the entire process until Ethanol and by-products are produced. In addition to Ethanol production data collection and analysis, Epique allows users to track suppliers, products, lab consumables, plant equipment, enzymes and more. Tools are also provided to maintain daily logs, procedures, equipment status, and process limits all neatly wrapped into one affordable package. |
