Innovative Programming Associates, Inc. develops and markets Labcat software,
a suite of PC-based software soltuions for pharmacology/toxicology research
labs, particularly those engaged in pre-clinical research.
Labcat is composed of integrated software modules for the collection, analysis,
and reporting of data during the pre-clinical phases of pharaceutical, agrochemical,
and biotech product development. Software modules are available for tumor
measurement and tracking; in-life data collection and reporting; organ weights
and necropsy records; clinical pathology; and, pathology. The software
includes automated test scripts along with other validation and acceptance
testing tools and is compliant with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) requirements.
Built on relational database (RDB) technology, the modules are PC-based
Windows or DOS applications that can standalone or run on a network.
