Consulting Expertise Center (CEC) is a consulting organization focused on
LIMS project implementation. CEC uses Workflow Analysis as a principle component
of the project implementation to speed project justification and implementation
and provide project management and control. CEC also provides formal training
courses for Workflow Analysis and other Business Process Modeling &
Analysis related methodologies. Their expertise encompasses pharmaceutical,

After an initial Scoping Study effort, CEC provides project management and
implementation services spanning the planning, design, implementation, and
maintenance phases of LIMS projects. Services provided include Initial Investigation,
