and LIMS development since 1987. Originally a service of HFL, Ltd. -- one
of the world's largest sports testing laboratories -- Scimcon is now a separate
division that works with customers as diverse as AstraZeneca, Covance, Dow
AgroSciences, Novartis, Pilkington Technology, North West Water and Unilever.
The experience Scimcon gained and now updates by maintaining and continuing
to develop the HFL 50-user LIMS delivers on-going practical knowledge which
enhances their experience consulting on laboratory projects worldwide.

Scimcon and LabVantage Solutions formed a strategic business agreement by
signing a marketing agreement in November 2002. LabVantage Solutions, Inc.
is a leading provider of Life Sciences LIMS and Enterprise LIMS solutions.
The marketing agreement allows LabVantage to offer Scimcon's business and
IS consultancy services, and enables Scimcon to leverage LabVantage's position
in Life Science LIMS and Enterprise LIMS in the United States and Europe,
according to Trevor de Silva, Scimcon's Director and GeneralManager.
