Labcon Engineering (LE) is a software company that specializes in interfacing
instruments to LIMS. To do so, LE employs the NuGenesis Scientific Database
Management System (SDMS). LE developed NuGenesis' NuConnect for instrument
control software (including CDS) that produces printed reports, and NuLink
for RS-232 based instruments. LE's experience spans approximately 100 different
instruments and 10 different LIMS.
LE's services range from consultancy on user requirements during the planning
phase to IQ/OQ during installation. Consulting services also include recommendations
on instrument interfaces, e.g. balances, liquid scintillation counters,
CDS etc.
