Founded in 1984, 4S Information Systems provides a range of medical and laboratory information systems to handle tasks as diverse as anticoagulation therapy management, blood bank management, and laboratory information management.

Their Dawn LIMS was specifically designed for laboratories in power stations and continuously operating plants. Several nuclear power plants in the UK have implemented the solution to provide greater quality management as well as safety and operations monitoring.

They now offer Rheumatology Patient Tracking Software and Clinical Haematology Patient Tracking Software versions of their Dawn LIMS.
