About ASM-LIMS

Es el módulo de ASM-MES que permite controlar y gestionar toda la información que un Laboratorio moderno de una industria precisa, desde la recepción de muestras hasta el veredicto e informe final.
Cumple las especificaciones de un sistema LIMS (Sistema de Gestión de Información de Laboratorios). Trazabilidad, Acceso Restringido por usuario a las diferentes partes de la aplicación: Derechos de Acceso, Consulta, Modificación, Creación y Borrado, etc.

Enlace ERP/ASM-MES. Cierra el ciclo de información entre el módulo QM del ERP (por ejemplo SAP R/3) y las operaciones realizadas por el Laboratorio.

Permite utilizar etiquetas de códigos de barras para identificar lotes, muestras, órdenes de trabajo y ensayos, etc., facilitando la introducción de datos y eliminando los errores de tecleo.

Los niveles de clasificación de MATERIALES permiten organizar perfectamente la información. Pueden definirse tantos niveles y límites de valores de Ensayos o Determinaciones como sea necesario.
