BlazeLIMS is an enterprise-ready thin client LIMS with solid and proven core LIMS functionality, and extended functionality and specialized modules which together provide comprehensive lab QC, fully integrated metrology (instrument calibration and maintenance management), inventory control,
specification management and lot release, user training and certification, manual or fully automated SQC, stability study management, instrument interfacing, versioned document management, batch formulation and creation management, data warehousing and decision support, archiving, and a complete interface for event notification, flexible and open reporting tools, and integration with SAP-QM and SAP-Batch.

BlazeLIMS supports industry standards for 21 CFR Part 11, GLP, xGMP's, and NELAC compliance, and provides IQ, OQ and PQ validation tools and assistance for customers and application operating in regulated industries.

BlazeLIMS runs on Microsoft Windows server and client platforms using SQL Server or Oracle, Crystal Reports and Microsoft Office, and is written in C++ and C#, utilizing XML and HTML.
