CLONDIAG was established in March 1998 to develop highly sophisticated, miniaturized devices for use in biological and medical analysis. Among their software solutions for array platforms and general array-analysis applications is PARTISAN arrayLIMS, a microarray LIMS

The PARTISAN arrayLIMS is designed for managing all pertinent issues in a microarray life cycle, such as array design, array generation, biochemical reactions, detection, data analysis and data mining. It utilizes an intuitive web interface (called Pionir client).

The system provides a clear management based on objects (organized in object networks), accession rights and user roles. Typical objects of the arrayLIMS are: projects, experiments, microarrays, microplates, samples, probes, protocols, array images, imaging results or data mining results. All objects can be divided in classes with specific attributes (e.g. classes of the object substance, gene, oligonucleotide, PCR, fragment, tissue etc.). Users will receive defined privileges for different actions.
