Founded in 2003, GraphLogic Inc. produces software solutions for the life sciences domain. The GraphLogic software architecture uses graphs to quickly and efficiently define powerful software systems, enabling users to move from design to application in one step.

Their custom life science applications are designed specifically for each process, fully integrating workflow and data management capabilities. Scientists can access microarray, proteomic, sequencing, genotyping, and clinical data all within the same web-based system. Analysis results can be stored locally or on a designated server for multi-site collaborations.

The modular nature of their custom application lets customers acquire only those systems currently needed and to add more as laboratory operations change or expand. Since all systems are built on the same technology, new modules are easily and efficiently integrated. Additionally, all GraphLogic systems are highly-scalable and run on Windows, Unix and MacOS.
