Integromics provides software solutions for genomics, proteomics and drug

Of particular interest
to LIMS users is their ArrayHub LIMS solution for gene expression data. ArrayHub
stores, organizes and track information fo all tasks performed with microarray
experiments.
ArrayHub is provided as a plug-in module for Applied Biosystems' LS*LIMS and
SQL*LIMS solutions. It is a centralized data management tool that receives
data from instruments, files and end-users and interfaces with data analysis
tools (such as Spotfire’s DecisionSite) to perform knowledge management
tasks.
ArrayHub is fully implemented in Java and standard SQL. Features include:
