Interpec's Integrated Quality Assurance System (INQAS) is a powerful and
easy to use computer application which provides users of the IBM AS/400
with a sophisticated quality management system. It addresses five quality
functional areas with the following modules:
Quality Assurance Management. INQAS monitors the receiving, production,
and shipping process of a manufacturing plant and warns of any deviation
from the standards established by Quality Assurance.
Laboratory Information Management. INQAS provides the tools to manage and
control the laboratory workflow. It also eliminates the need for laboratory
notebooks and log books.
Stability Studies Management. INQAS provides the means to plan, run and
report stability programs for production, market and special studies. Flexible
testing protocols can be defined and modified after the study has started.
Business Systems Interfaces. INQAS integrates the Quality Assurance information
with the Business System information, eliminating the need to communicate
through endless telephone calls, formal and informal meetings, expediters,
and data entry input to several systems.
Instrument Interface Application. INQAS interfaces with laboratory instruments
and with the AS/400 database through a client/server application that runs
on the PC platform.
