Waban Software provides a range of solutions that enable pharmaceutical and

January 2002 from the informatics group at DNA Sciences. Their solutions help
manage and integrate a broad spectrum of data including safety data and clinical

Waban LIMS is a state-of-the-art, GLP compliant information system that manages
both laboratory workflow as well as laboratory processes. The configuration
of Waban LIMS is data driven, allowing for a lab to quickly configure its procedures
and instruments and react to changes.
Waban LIMS offers real-time capabilities to track samples, capture laboratory
processes for procedures such as DNA purification, assays, reagent handling
and manage the laboratory workflow. Standard and customized reports can be generated
at any point in the overall workflow. Waban LIMS is designed to rapidly scale
and adapt to the changing needs of lab operations.
Waban LIMS supports clinical genotyping, sequencing, expression, microarrays,
Affymetrix, pre-clinical, clinical pathology, and other pharmacogenomics and
biomarkers related processes.
